The manuscript contains interesting results of the sol-gel film
and nanocrystalization for the memory application. The authors
present sufficient experimental evidence and propose an appropriate
model to explain the transformation from the film into the
nanocrystals.
The memory application is also supplied for the confirmation of the
advantage about the nanocrystals. It can be published in APL.
