很少聽西洋歌曲的我，起初只是因為旋律而被Cherlene的這首歌吸引，
直到秀玲跟我解釋了這首歌的歌詞意義，
自己上網找了一些關於這種歌的種種，
於是，這成了我少數會哼上一兩句的西洋歌曲之ㄧ。

怎麼會被這首歌吸引，我想應該是歌者對第二人的murmur，
下意識的將自己站入第二人的位置，省思自己的生活。
過於忙碌的大學生活，常常滿到溢出來的行程與計畫，
還記得那些年坐在往返的校車上，窗外的景色，
玻璃上映照著的自己的倦容，說充實，卻也孤單。

我在渴望著怎樣的不平凡？
追逐著未知的未來，會不會失去了更多的當下？
這些都是無解的問句。
It's all on me.

只是感動於這首歌。
感動於聲音，旋律，想著寫歌者是否也曾經錯過什麼，
在寫這首歌時是否也落了幾滴眼淚。
想著長大後的我，是否能追逐到屬於我的夢，
還是等到年華以去，會再度想起這首歌，遺憾著過往的錯過的一切。

我，是怎樣的一個人？
甘於平凡，還是在等待不平凡的機會？
過程中，是會錯過更多，還是得到更多的掌聲與光榮？

這段話，偶而會縈繞在我耳邊久久不散...
